The Charlotte-Mecklenberg Police Department (CMPD) of Charlotte, North Carolina is staffed with over 1300 police officers and 800 administrative personnel. It sought to give officers easy access to mission-critical data in order to effectively do their jobs and manage the peace. Challenges included:
