Challenge

Brightstar is the world's largest and fastest growing wireless distribution and supply chain solution company.

:: Brightstar was in the process of taking over the warehouse and supply chain solution for Telstra, a mobile phone provider in Australia. 

:: Brightstar needed an integration solution that would enable communication between both company's ERP and warehouse management systems

:: The solution had to be powerful enough to process the more than 10,000 orders a day without interruption or delay in service to customers

Solution

Brightstar’s integration solution featured a highly customized solution. It consisted of Microsoft Dynamics SL ERP system, Radio Beacon Warehouse Management System, Order Management Facility (OMF), and Microsoft BizTalk Server 2006.  Together with Brightstar, TwoConnect engineers:

:: Implemented and configured two load-balanced Microsoft BizTalk 2006 Servers

:: Designed and developed a BizTalk integration solution for OMF and Microsoft Dynamics SL

:: Designed and developed a customized direct to consumer solution to maximize the efficiency of the order entry processes

:: Implemented Microsoft Operation Manager, giving management critical visibility to all back-end systems

:: Provided a valuable solution which included support, training and documentation for Brightstar's development team
