United Parcel Service Inc. (NYSE: UPS) is the world's largest package delivery company, delivering more than 14 million packages a day to more than 200 countries and territories around the world. One of UPS’ largest customers, Cisco Systems, Inc. (NASDAQ: CSCO), desired to improve the speed and accuracy of their UPS-based delivery system.

The project scope was vast. The two companies wanted to:

:: Automate the entire Cisco orders life cycle

:: Create reports for dispatch staff and management

:: Train in-house staff to manage day-to-day operations and maintain system

:: Gain executive approval and optimize project planning
