Borschow contacted TwoConnect to build a mission-critical medical alert system the company urgently needed to automate critical status alerts for prescriptions and medical supplies. The challenges faced were:

  • Complex platform spanning multiple networks and domains
  • Legacy data in multiple formats housed on multiple platforms, software versions, domains and networks throughout the enterprise.
  • Solution needed to meet highly stringent requirements of the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) regulations
  • Current manual processes in use were subject to human error

After an analysis of the firm’s business and technical requirements, TwoConnect proposed a solution based on Microsoft Office SharePoint Server 2007 that included:
