The TwoConnect Methodology

1. Solution Definition
During this phase, the TwoConnect Team will work with you to complete business analysis, determine functional and technical requirements, and deliver a Solution Definition. The Solution Definition reflects your requirements and defines the scope of the project. It also includes the detailed project plan and schedule. Depending on the project complexity, this phase might also include a solution prototype.

2. Development
During this phase, the application is installed in a development environment and configured. Custom programming and application interfaces are also completed, if necessary.

3. Testing and Roll Out
Unit and system testing are completed by TwoConnect. Preliminary data conversion is fulfilled, after which user acceptance testing occurs. Testing is followed by final data conversion and roll out.

4. Knowledge Transfer
During the Knowledge Transfer phase TwoConnect delivers technical and end-user training and documentation, tailored to your unique requirements.  Knowledge Transfer ensures that your company is self-sufficient when the project is complete.

5. Support
